For over 50 years, the Belmont Complex has been a recreational facility that draws over 40,000 residents and visitors alike to the arena, pool and banquet facilities yearly.

The arena is home ice for high school and amateur hockey.  It hosts Learn to Skate, Learn to Play, Crosby's Little Penguins , and 8U and 14U In-House programs.

During the off season, the arena is utilized for company expos, concerts, home & garden shows, arena yard sales, dog swims, fishing tournaments, sporting events and even circus performances, and pre-season ice hockey.

The Olympic size heated, outdoor pool and waterslide attract residents from the community and surrounding areas year after year and the banquet room is a showcase for company conferences, expos and meetings.

Currently, a four million dollar grant funded renovation project is underway that will not only improve the complex with necessary upgrades but will make the arena a showcase facility in Armstrong County.  Upgrades include entrance, ticket booth, ADA ramp, warm room, restrooms, balcony bleacher improvements and locker rooms.
